CNC Programmer Setter / Operator
CNC Miller-Programmer-Setter-Operator required for an established Precision Engineering company based in Ledbury Herefordshire
The successful candidate will be fully skilled in CNC Programming/Setting operations with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Producing varied work for various industries, often small batch sizes with high degree of accuracy.
The applicant will be experienced using Heidenhain controls or Mazatrol (Mazak).
You must be able to understand drawings with close tolerances and be experienced in machining different types of materials i.e. Stainless steels & Mild steels.
Main Duties: – Programming and setting of 3,4 Axis Milling Machines – 5 Axis Milling machines an advantage. Knowledge of Master CAD/CAM software an advantage although not essential.
Personal Specification: – Candidate must be skilled and experienced in programming and setting CNC machine tools and able to work independently under own initiative. Must be proactive and capable of anticipating potential problems
Hours worked
Mon – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am – 1:00 pm
Hourly rate paid on experience
