CNC Turning

We can provide CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathes capable of turning components up to 425mm diameter and up to 1000mm long.

All our lathes feature live tooling which allows them to perform secondary operations such as cross drilling, milling, slot milling, cross tapping. This avoids then need for additional handling and processing on other machines, saving time and money.

Batch sizes are not limited to high volume only, our range of machines lend themselves to smaller volumes as low as 1 off’s.

We have produced components for for many different industries including automotive, oil, particle analysis and defense.
